Shar began her journey with Minerva Allied Health Services as a mature aged occupational therapy student on her final placement and has since graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Shar strongly values developing collaborative relationships with communities and individuals across the lifespan to understand their unique situation and enable them to engage in activities that they want or need to do to lead a full and healthy life.

Minerva Allied Health’s philosophy aligns with my values as we work closely with individuals to assess their unique situations, determine goals, and put together a plan for success.

She graduated in 2003, and after obtaining her first position at The Park Centre for Mental Health has continued her career in Mental Health Services for the past 18 years.
